- Attentive & friendly guest service
- Daily mise en place and classic service procedures
- Providing advice and actively selling wine and beverages
- Compliance with cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Training to manage a station
TOP qualification:
- Completed apprenticeship in the upscale hospitality industry
- Additional training in oenology is advantageous
- Professional experience in a comparable position
- In-depth knowledge of beverages, spirits, wine and champagne
- Good knowledge of German & English
