Are you interested?

Night Auditor (m/w/d) 

  • Independently managing the reception department on the night shift

  • Check-in of late arrivals, check-out of early departures

  • Concierge activities

  • Supervision of all security-relevant areas and facilities

  • Periodical patrols in the whole hotel area

  • Communicating all important information of the previous day to the early shift according to the logbook via hotelkit

  • Working with checklists and standards

  • Arrival preparation and key-card administration

  • Credit card billing, local tax control

  • Wake-up calls are accepted and completed

  • Room service

TOP qualification:

  • Completed vocational training
  • Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry advantageous
  • Experience in this or similar position required
  • Very good knowledge of German & good knowledge of English
  • Experience with Protel, Word, Excel, Outlook, hotelkit, RA, Channelmanager
