Crew chef (m/w/d)

  • Independent management and organisation of the brand new SHF Crew Kitchen
  • Controlling and maintaining quality standards, economic efficiency and cleanliness
  • Productive cooperation with head chef and sous chef
  • Supporting the SHF Crew Kitchen in their daily business

TOP qualification:

  • Completed vocational training
  • Work experience in the upscale hotel industry advantageous
  • Expert knowledge of HACCP standards & inventory management
  • High quality awareness & product knowledge
  • Good knowledge of German or English
